Purpose and Independence

St. Clair County Busted Mugshots is an independent reference site with no government ties. It stores no official jail or court records and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a document with an agency or court.

Its pages identify public resources maintained by the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office, Alabama agencies, courts, and federal agencies. Some pages also connect visitors with outside search services.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming another person, the service, or its systems.

• Do not violate any local, state, or federal law through the site.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
• Do not seek unauthorized entry to an account, server, network, or restricted area.

FCRA Uses Are Prohibited

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not issue background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither it nor its advertising partners supplies a screening service. You agree not to use its content for:

• A decision to hire, retain, discipline, or dismiss a worker
• A tenant or housing decision
• A creditworthiness, lending, or insurance-premium decision
• Licensing, permit, or government-benefit eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Outside Sites and Services

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking views, sheriff or corrections websites, court and government portals, legal-aid resources, news outlets, or third-party search services. A link is offered for convenience and is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, accuracy, privacy practices, terms, or availability. Review its policies before using it.

No Promises or Warranties

The website, links, and content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranty about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of any information
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Freedom from errors, defects, malware, or security flaws
• The completeness or quality of an outside partner's search results

Custody status, charges, court outcomes, links, and public procedures can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Sheriff's Office, jail, court, corrections department, or another government agency.
